中国永久居留申请指南

一、投资者类别

外国投资者需通过在中国设立的企业进行投资，投资形式包括现金、技术、专利或设备。具体投资金额要求如下：

• 投资鼓励类行业（依据《外商投资产业指导目录》），金额需达 50 万美元及以上；
• 在西部或扶贫地区投资，金额不低于 50 万美元；

二、就业类别

适用于担任高级职务（如副经理）或拥有副高级职称（如副教授）的人士，需满足以下条件：

• 在中国连续就业 4 年；
• 过去 4 年中累计居住满 3 年；
• 拥有良好的纳税历史；
• 雇主须为政府机关（国家级或省级）、重点高校、承担国家级项目的企业，或是高科技企业、鼓励类外资公司。

三、特殊贡献类别

针对对中国有重大影响力的个人，例如顶尖人才或经济领域突出贡献者。此类别无严格投资与就业要求，以个人功绩作为评定标准 。

四、家属随迁类别

主申请人的配偶及未婚子女（未满 18 周岁），可选择与主申请人一同申请，或在之后提出申请。

五、夫妻团聚类别

中国公民或永久居民的配偶申请需满足：

• 婚姻关系存续满 5 年；
• 在中国连续居住满 5 年；
• 每年在中国居住时间不少于 9 个月；
• 拥有稳定收入与住房（各省具体要求存在差异）。

六、亲子团聚类别

未满 18 周岁的未婚未成年人，若父母中至少一方为中国公民或永久居民，可申请团聚。

七、老年亲属类别

60 周岁及以上、在国外无直系亲属，希望在中国与亲属共同生活的外国人，需符合：

• 在中国连续居住满 5 年；
• 每年在中国居住时间不少于 9 个月；
